Shaping togetherness as a team – under this motto, Brasseler developed guidelines in interdisciplinary project teams based on the corporate values, which aim at providing orientation in the everyday company life.

The guidelines are an important milestone in preparing the company for the future. “They clearly illustrate how employee orientation and a positive performance culture can go hand in hand,” says Anke Niehus, representing the owner family.

Over the past few weeks, the employee and management guidelines have been launched within the company in creative formats, including the company’s own cinema screenings of a film documenting the creation of the guidelines. The Brasseler managers will now work with their teams in interactive workshops to individually and specifically develop how the guidelines can be filled with life.
