For 15 new talents, August marks the start of their professional careers at Brasseler: 13 trainees and two students on dual study programs started their training with a structured welcome week. They got to know the company, gained insights into key processes and bonded as a group. Later in the month, they expanded their knowledge in a hands-on workshop lasting several days. This creates an environment that combines professional development and personal orientation right from the start.

New training and further education center to be built at Brasseler in Lemgo
The family-owned company Brasseler is building a modern training and further education center at its site in Lemgo. An existing building area is being extensively converted for this purpose. Construction work is already in full swing. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.
Together into the future: Brasseler celebrates Family Days 2024
Around 3,500 employees, pensioners and their families visited Brasseler’s Family Days on 5 and 6 October.
